CONFLICTS OF INTEREST IN THE EUROPEAN UNION:
opportunities and challenges for the European Commission

The Commission's plans to tighten ethics rules for (ex-)Commissioners are under scrutiny. In response to the growing public interest in this issue, the Alliance for Lobbying Transparency and Ethics Regulation (ALTER-EU), with the support of Journalists at Your Service (J@ys), are organising a public debate to discuss ways to prevent potential conflicts in the future.
